In case of any damage (‘Broken seal’, ‘Expired Product’, ‘Damaged Packaging’) of the product received, we accept returns and refunds for the product only after inspecting the damage by our team. You can raise a request at our registered email id regarding your damaged product and we will get back to you with the nearest drop location or with the procedure of how to return the product to us so that we can proceed with the inspection. We accept a return request for up to 15 days after the order has been placed and we promise a refund of 100% of the transaction amount in case of such complaints after the verification is done. If the seal is broken, we offer you to opt for a replacement of the product
Once the inspection is done, your refund will be processed within 2 business days by our team. The amount will be transferred back to the payment source through which the transaction was made. It may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account while it entirely depends on the bank through which the transaction has been made. We are not responsible for any delays in refunding the amount after the refund has been approved and processed from our end.
